early life , career beginnings (1992–2010)

aplin grew in small village of sutton benger, near chippenham. elder of 2 children. when 11 years old, parents bought first guitar. aplin has stated music influenced listening joni mitchell , bruce springsteen collections of parents during childhood. fan of singer-songwriters bob dylan , leonard cohen, rock band national.
