on 28 july 2011 psl executive committee held meeting discuss issue of home , away fixtures. there has been amendment mtn8 rules pertaining issue of home , away fixtures.


the approved rule reads follows: in first round of competition (last 8 or quarter-finals) clubs finishing in top 4 positions of premier division in previous season home clubs.
