the following monuments can seen in municipality.


roman catholic church of st. john baptist

the church completed in nineties of 18th century. wall paintings, including pictures of church , esztergom basilica on each side of triumphal arch, come 1843. single-aisle body of church vaulted 2 fields of prussian vaults. rotating stairs in southern part of church lead three-axis matroneum above, containing organ. communion-table, sanctuary , seats celebrants located in northern part of church. room above sacristy holds seats, reserved in past patrons, nobles. there wooden classicist altar year 1800 modern statue of sacred heart located in right part of triumphal arch , preserved original classicist pulpit conic tribune , canopy on left. statue of immaculate heart of mary on left , statue of sacred heart on right decorate facade of yellow-white building. church tower holds bell-fry , mechanism of functional tower clock.

neo-classical building, among locals called rajčuľňa , built @ end of 19th century.


the holy shrine of john of nepomuk

the holy shrine of john of nepomuk, built in 1899 in neoclassical style, covers late baroque statue of saint second half of 18th century located south of park (according historical map 1863). image of sandstone statue follows artwork made john brokoff being exposed on charles bridge. depicted clothing consists of surplice , biretta, pointing john of nepomuk s occupation vicar , priest well. polychrome statue of saint standing on pedestal holds crucix corpus resting on chest in right hand. left hand, left alongside body, carries palm twig.


defunct manor-house s park

the park, overall area of 19.89 ha, established in first half of 19th century near defunct manor-house , registered monuments board of slovak republic national cultural monument. park s entrance located @ center of village. park features 2 playgrounds, amphitheater (serves pub) stage , projecting masonry cab, special elementary school yard , dilapidated pub known letná . mound, among locals called hurka , located in western part.


the park flat except amphitheater s slope, mound hurka , excavation adjacent embankment called filagróvia .


the following plant species can found here: oak, linden, maple, hornbeam, ash, sycamore, horse chestnut, hawthorn, hazel, privet, mulberry, elderberry, elm, willow , ivy.


greek catholic temple of holy trinity of ease

the sacral building dated nineties of 19th century, situated in part Ťahyňa, registered monuments board of slovak republic national cultural monument.


jewish cemetery

the jewish cemetery located 1.5 kilometers south of municipality on hill near floodplain forest surrounded cultivated field. of tombstones made of sandstone. cemetery not maintained, overgrown trees , not registered national cultural monument. in past, jewish salem , mikvah existed in municipality, well.
